HiIts been like 3 days since I posted. Wow. Oh well. Sun was okay. I got up at 1230 and Diana called. I got dressed and we went out. Went to Olive Garden for lunch. Our waiter was someone we used to goto high school with. He was such an ass, but he was being nice then. Probably cause he had to be. Oh well. After that we went to Paper Warehouse to pick up an application since Katie said they were hiring and then we went to the mall so I could talk to the manager at Eddie Bauer. Boy was that unproductive. On Thurs the girl I gave my ap to said that Mikki was the one in charge of that, so Mikki was there on Sun, but she told me exactly the same thing, that I would have to wait til the manager looked at it (She is the fucking manager! Well 1 of 2.) and then they would call me. Im like argh. I did see some clothes I wanted to get though. Way too expensive for me though.. I really want this job and should I get it, I shall buy them, as its a 50% discount. But anyway. Then Didee and I headed back to my house and just hung out for a bit. Nancy was bein anal rententive and I finally was like Didee.. lets go look at stores and stuff that weve never been in (and there are quite a few). So we left. Went to World Market and Marshalls. Marshalls was cheap. World Market was really expensive. Oh well. We went to Target cause I was suddenly on a mission to find a letter/mail holder that would attach to the wall and I wanted it to have key rings too, but if it didnt, that was okay, cause I wanted to be able to attach some to it. We didnt see anything in Target, but I got the new Avril LaVigne cd. It rocks. Theres a song on there that really describes me right now. Cause Im in such a like random mood. I dont know what Im going to do in soo many aspects and its like I dont know about today, but tomorrow is another day. Its really cool. But anyway, then we went to Walmart. JACKPOT!!!!!!!! I found the letter holder and the desk Ive been looking at, it was 175$ before... and it was 70$. WHOOO HOOO So I bought my desk and the letter holder. It was great! Didee and I headed for my house again, she helped me carry it into the basement. We watched a movie on my TV and the VCR screwed the TV up when I rewound it. I have a TV/VCR combo thing and it has issues. But its also like 5 yrs old. A xmas gift from my mom, so its definately older than 5 yrs. But anyway, We just kinda watched TV and then Didee headed for home cause she had to work on Mon. Nancy came home and fixed the TV (she fixed it the last time it did this too) and I just kinda hung out. I got a new program for my computer. Its called Trillian, from Cerulean Studios. Its really cool. It takes all your MSN, AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, and IRC accounts and lets you be on all of them at once, with this one program, so you dont have to have a bunch of stuff open and running. So far its been good. I have one problem with it. Okay, 2. Its got some confusing phrasing in the options so Im not sure whether I should change it or not even though I think I want to.. and then it wont let me select and copy text from IMs with people. Which is kinda annoying, cause I do that alot. Specially when Im talkin to people across different services. Like Macay on MSN, and Jessie on AIM. But oh well.
Mon was interesting. I got up at 130 and called Macay at like 2 to find out if we were going to go out job hunting again cause we were sposed to. She said yeah, but she wanted to eat lunch, shower and get dressed before we left. I had to do all that too, so I did, in an hour and called her back and she was just getting out of the shower. I yelled at her about being slow and we ended up leaving at like 4. We went to the mall and she turned in her two aps for Maurices and Eddie Bauer and talked to Mikki. Matt (the other manager) was there earlier in the day, but was gone by the time we got there. She got the same story I got. But then we went over to Best Buy so that Macay could get an ap for there and I got to see Joshy cause he was at work. :-) He smirked when we walked in cause Id talked to him and hed said that there were jobs and I told him I didnt want to work at Best Buy cause it was too big and if I could avoid it, I would. He thought we were coming in so I could apply. But it wasnt me and I made that quite clear to him. It was funny. He looked kinda sad. But then we went over to Paper warehouse and I turned in my ap there. Then we went to Chucks restaurant for dinner. That was good. Its been a year since we were there. We always seem to go together, never with anyone else. Its funny. But after that we headed back to my house to look at pictures cause Macay wanted to see some of my pictures (and I have lots). Shes seen them all before, but she wanted to see them again. We didnt find the one we were looking for, but we did find one that was really funny. I took her home at like 11. Spent the rest of the night chatting with peoples and went to bed.
Todays been kinda boring. I got up at 220. Not intentionally. I woke up at noon and thought about getting up but Nancy had said that she was doing something with a client in the morning so she wanted me to stay in my room till like 1230 or so, so I figured Id just lay in bed and get up at like 1245. I fell back asleep. Whoops. Im doing laundry right now. I have TKD that I have to leave for in 40 mins. I also need to mail my bills. Yep. Paid bills. I had enough, I was kinda worried that I wouldnt. But I have 19.08 in my checking account till July 1st now. Oh well.
I got a letter in the mail yesterday. My mom started a savings account for me for college when I was little. She put money in it and etc when she could. At one point there was almost 300$ in it. Well, my mom didnt do much with it after she got sick and the bank decided that that type savings account wasnt going to be available to people anymore, so they changed the savings account to one that required a minimum balance of like 500$. The fine for not having that much was a one time fee of 250$. Sooo suddenly I only had like 45$ in there. I must ask... what about the people who only had like 50$ in there? Did they suddenly owe the bank 200$? Oh well. Anyway. Now the bank has changed ownership and since the account is in my moms name and I was under age till last yr, I couldnt do anything with it. Well I got this letter. Apparently the new bank has changed the account again. And they charge a monthly "Dormant Account" charge of 5$. So now I have 36$ cause they didnt inform me of this initially (of the name change/bank change or the account change, or the fee and etc) and so for the months of April and May, they took out 10$. Fuckers. Now I have to goto the bank and close the account. Ill just put it in my account, that extra 36$ will probably come in handy and stop making me quite so paranoid about lack of funds. But anyway, yeah. Im just slightly pissed about not getting notice before this. I know its only 10$, but thats 10$. And I really should have been told that the bank changed ownership, so that I could make a decision as to whether or not I wanted to keep my account in the first place. But no.. they waited 2 1/2 months before sending me anything and suddenly theyve taken my money too. I have to goto the bank tomorrow and close the account. And yell. And be pissy. Im gonna tell everyone not to use them too. Just for everyones information. Its US Bank. Do not use them for your bank, cause they suck! And they are evil. It used to be First Star bank, but now its US Bank. So yeah. But anyway. That was something I didnt want to do, but they take the stupid fee out every month on the last day (be it the 30th or 31st) and so I gotta go do it before then. Argh! Anyway.
Its 515, so I should go get ready for TKD. Gotta pack my bag and put my laundry away and just generally get ready.
