Intermittent Outages
This evening (my evening, so from about 6 o’clock GMT) the site will undergo some changes at a low level which may result in intermittent, brief interruptions to service while things settle down. Apologies and I’ll try to keep it to a minimum.
DearDiary itself will move to a new IP address and will no longer require HTTP1.1 support (although most browsers support it, it appears some ISPs still don’t!). These changes are necessary as part of the new Hamiko Hosting service that was mentioned in previous entries.
I’ll let you all know when I am done.
