Latest Diary Updates Update

Hmmm, too much use of the word Update in there methinks.

Nevertheless, I have pushed the very first change up to the live server. It now shows you (as a widget on the right hand sidebar) the latest diaries to have been updated.

At the moment it’s far too slow and so needs some significant rework to speed it up. But it’ll do for now, until tomorrow when I rip it all apart and redo it lol.

But let me know if the format is OK. I think it looks OK.

Once it’s reworked to improve the speed I shall make it available to everyone else and then you can install it on your own diaries, and that’ll give you the ability to add exactly the same widget to your sidebar or footer or where-ever you think it works.
