No Point?
Wed Dec 01 2004

I’ve just wrote a question and a huge word-flood around the issue…and before pressing the Button changed my mind…Am gonna leave just a question out there. Simply because…”what’s the point?”

Why to get somebody’s attention you need to get mental, mess up your life all by yourself and what’s more important – shout out loud about it from every corner? Why those who keep their problems to themselves – always – the last in a queue?

[~hmmmmm…being really bitchy today, am I?] LOL

Later
Was reading a book. "The Little Book Of Complete Bollocks" by Alistair Beaton.
such a depth in observations! LOL..couldn't help, but share out some of those wisdoms:

Your Mind.
Your mind is like the surface of a lake. It is calm and smooth until anxious thoughts start ruffling the surface.
Drain the lake.
Empty your mind.
Where there is no water, there can be no surface.
Where there is no mind, there can be no anxiety
The empty head is the beginning of wisdom.

Highs and Lows
We talk of the “height of folly” and the “depth of despair”.
Yet why is the folly high?
And why is despair deep?
Challenge conventional wisdom: experience the depth of folly and the heights of despair!

Failure
Failure is only a success waiting to happen.
Next time you feel you’re a failure, just say to yourself: “I’m waiting to happen!”

Trust.
Trust your feelings.
Give them space to express themselves.
Let them go out to the shops on their own.
But tell them not to take sweets from strangers

Painful.
Make space for pain in your life.
If you feel just fine, seek out a counsellor or therapist who will explore with you the reasons why you are denying your pain.

Remember:
You are the most important person you will ever meet

High. Low. Whatever. And there's always a High Dudgeon and a Low Sneak.

I like those words of wisdom. Even if they're meant humorously, they're worth remembering.
