Folding a paper crane is like making peace -- some of the steps are awkward. At first it may seem impossible. There is definitely more than one route. Patience and consultation are helpful. And the result, big or small, is a thing of beauty.

Well, as I’ve never tried origami in my life, the pile of spoilt papers on my desk has grown quite quickly. Yes, I’ve been trying to make a crane…60 years ago atomic bomb explosion claimed around 140,000 lives in Hiroshima.I don’t know how about everyone else, but I do remember that touching story of a girl, dying from leukaemia and making a 1000 paper cranes as she believed this will make her wish to come true. And her wish was rather simple – not to die…

News pages reminded of the days that shock the World. And I thought of that girl again…how terrified she must’ve been, knowing that she will die so soon…The thought made me want to do something special in memory of her and many other kids that were the victims of a Big Boys playing war games...You know what? There is so much information on the web on how to make an origami crane, but I’ve tested few and the instructions were completely obscure. It took me six failed attempts to find the correct way, and finally I had a team of my very own slightly distorted beautiful cranes! There is no way I could make 1000 of them, but I still want to make a wish: the war must not happen again! Nowhere in the world.

I see what you mean about the grounds, but think of the cost of the upkeep!!!!

If you could wish to live in a place like that, you should also wish to be a millionaire several times over!

How I would love to visit your beautiful Island!

    Shalom

It is a beautiful palace. But how to keep that place warm?? and the grounds looking manicured?
Course if you were a baroness you would have a staff now wouldn't you?
OK then I will be one of your staffers??

And to think they are fighting here (America) to be a Hilton
