It is strange how it can go, isn’t it? Sometimes while looking forward, we’d still turn back from time to time…I’ve bought few more CDs of Kenny Rogers songs today…somehow I’m currently sentimentally obsessed with him. Too much to be classified as a “normal” level of obsession. But somehow I don’t mind listening to the music, that was on a top list at times I haven’t even been born yet…Perhaps, it’s the thing about getting old enough for not to care about what people think of your taste in music…or in anything else for that matter…All of us would like to escape…the grass is greener on the other side…I do not know if that’s a justificatory reason to go and make a lot of mistakes, but I have done it myself not once or even twice…yet somehow…even after…you never regret you have tried, don’t you? And if you do, then I’d say – it was not worth it…So…was it worth it in the end of a day?...I guess I’ve done everything I could here...And it’s strange to be standing on the same place awaiting for something you never know what it is…time to start moving…to march with determination towards, looking forward, and only turning back once in a while...just to check if everything’s all right back there…you ought to start walking…otherwise if you don’t start, it’s certain you won’t arrive. Funny how “keep walking” slogan returns back, having done the full circle…Losing an illusion makes you wiser than finding a truth. [Ludwig Borne]
