What do we do when feeling blue?
How we cope with our sad moods?
How do we take the fact that we are not a centre of everything for anyone?
Is feeling blue related to un-selfish-nising process? We upset because we are no longer having that comfort place we can go should we need to. Yet we have no need to go to such place yet, nothing has happened, but already we are upset “in advance”…does loosing special people from our life makes us loose our sense of significance? This un-selfish-nising is rather painful, especially for those with the long grown habits…
