How hard we come to trust…some will never reach that breaking point of vulnerability…others will balance on the edge for as long as they are capable…like an acrobat in a circus walking his rope…walking effortlessly or so it seems…not looking down…trusting to the rope being steady, to the feet being trained, to the steps being in the right direction, to the safety net being stretched out. Very hard to keep the balance or to tip to the side of the immense trust, where they spread soft blanket under your feet…so that when you fall…it will be a gentle soft falling…like a snowflake in the calm. To trust so much that expose vulnerabilities, become open to incidental unkindness, to give another all the cards in their hands and turn them faces up…how beyond expression hard it is…how easy and insensibly the trust can be lost…No wonder people do not believe in love anymore…
