Froggy Rants
Wed Aug 27 2008

When most of the time you have to talk to yourself, you can become an irritating companion. From time to time I had to tell myself shut up, it is all in your head, there is no need to find aesthetic words to impress your own self. It is only you against you...Let it all wash over and have patience to wait when the wave is gone…I suppose eventually the urge might become less urgent and the impulses will become less impulsive and will fade away...eventually…and good riddance too, as there is nothing more annoying then talking frog in your head…but…while I’m still “at it”, let’s entertain few rants…

Political Rant.
People talk politics to feel better about themselves, to get that feeling they are being fair to the other human beings. There is never a human side to the politics, all sides strictly self-interest orientated. If yourself you are not inspired to do something helpful, you most certainly will be judging others for what they do or don’t do for that matter. And most likely only for the reason to maintain your own image to the certain social standards. It became fashionable to talk about politics with such a confidence that you are the only one who knows what is the best and who is on the right side. The only ones who never talk politics are the ones who have to live with its consequences. I found it strange that so many people claim they know how to solve political issues and blame the ones with the issues for being uncooperative…would you expect cooperation if you come to somebody’s house, pull off the wallpaper and explain this was because you wanted to give them an opportunity to choose another coloursheme? Why don’t we all keep our issues within our walls and fix our own house before crusading over to the other people’s homes?

Driving Rant.
I had to drive an automatic car for last few days…I can’t get rid of a feeling I’m on the fairyground ride, so unserious it feels. I finally understood the true meaning of the saying “you can teach monkey to drive”: when after the automatic, I reunited with my own car, it took me a fair trying to concentrate on the practicalities such as which feet presses which pedal and which way the gear stick goes for which speed…finally gave up as I totally couldn’t remembered…to my surprise my feet and hands did remember the sequence very well and completely independent from my brains, which just proves the fact that it doesn’t take brains to do the driving and that I could well be that monkey too! (I, actually have got five of them sitting on the dashboard in my car! Five cute little monkey-toys) there are so many things we learn to do without thinking of the process, it is frightening! Sometimes it si even better not to think about how you do, for this may cause confusion and you can accidentally forget how to breath...hmmmm...

Personal Rant.
It is day to day thing, isn’t it? one day you feel ok and the other one – the other way …there is a confrontation of two needs: the need to be acknowledged in that you do still exist in this Universe and the need to be left alone in it…and just like in that saying: which need wins? – the one you feed the most… wouldn’t it be nice to have friends who can feel it when you can do with a hug?.. wouldn’t it be even nicer to be this kind of friend for someone?.. sometimes it takes such an effort to pretend you are happy with the way things are…Not all the changes that happenned to us are for the better...perhaps, we could try to make the best out of them though...
