Testing Notifies - sorry

Tim's noticed a slight problem with the e-mails that get sent out... So I've fixed it, but I need to test that it actually now works 😃

Hmmm, so I broke something somehow - cos no-one is getting diary notifies at all now!

There's a race condition though that means the notifications only go out for updates not new entries... Working on that!
