Generally speaking I don't like to remove functionality from a system but in this case I hope you won't mind... The functionality in question was user themes.
Many of you may not have even known existed.
But, it's back to the Orange for you all I'm afraid. Except on your diaries of course. Your diary themes remain as they were.
So this is how it goes... If you're reading a diary you will see the theme chosen by the Diarist. If you're anywhere else on the site you'll get the orange theme. Dark or light mode is up to you.
It was adding a lot of additional logic to provide user themes and for minimal, if any, benefit...
In the latest build I've also moved a lot of logic out of components and back up the page hierarchy so that more of the page is built on the server (remember that skeleton I talked about yesterday?) and meaning there's less work for your browser to do. This should make the site more responsive on lower end computers.
