Some users may have not been receiving notification e-mails, specifically those on Outlook.com, MSN.com, hotmail.com or other Microsoft based addresses. This is unfortunately due to the current e-mail service provider having some issues with sending to these addresses.
As a result, I'm working on a whole new e-mail sending system, which I will make into its own service in due course. But for now, it's taking a lot of time to get to a point where I can use it - though when I do I will switch DD over to using it and hopefully resolve the problem with these addresses and have some semblence of better control going forward.
