Hi All,
Just a quick update to let you know that I am getting through the support backlog slowly but surely. I've got about 15 more requests to deal with in the RTS system (which you get to by using the Help button above) and then i'll start digging through my email.
Once again, anything urgent, use the Help button above as I try to get those done first (mostly because that system makes them easy to deal with).
Also can I remind/ask everyone that sends us a support email to let us know their username where it's appropriate, this saves us time and will get your support request answered quicker :)
