Onions and Kangaroos
Sat Jul 05 2003

Spending a quiet day getting ready for a barbacue tonight with family.

Why do I always have to slice the onions? :-)

It's warm here today and I opted out of the trip to Kangaroo Lake by some of the crew.

(Yes my Aussie friends we have a Kangaroo Lake).

I felt like a rest, so took one!

I am going to make a point this evening of getting outside and looking at the stars. The Milky Way is something that is just not visible at home. Too close to the city and the air is so often hazy. But here, well, that is a different story.

Well, off to the kitchen to see what else needs to be done.... I am playing hookie in here at the computer and I hear Mom emptying out the dishwasher.

Enjoy the VACATION, ah READ > BREAK! Breath deep the air and find peace in the night sky. I look forward to hearing all about your long (better be hearing RELAXING time for YOURSELF) weekend on our early morning walk Monday morning!

Enjoy the stargazing and relaxation! That is an odd name for a lake given where you are on the map, it sounds like a Stephen King place name 'arrr watch out for tha lake young uyns tghe mutant kangaroos will getcha!'

Missed you Saturday, even though I knew you weren't going to be there.

Kangaroos and onions. Sounds like a combination!!
