Baby YOU can drive my car!
Fri Jun 17 2005

Home Alone.

Yep. It's a good place to be today.

I have piles of things to do, but they are my piles of things. And none of them involve getting into the car.

Sweet!

Yes, those are snapdragons and flax in the picture yesterday. Actually, I could take a whole roll of film out in the garden right now. All the wildflowers are blooming away like crazy. It is in my plan of the day to pick a large bouquet of them to put on the dinner table tonight, along with the homemade challah I plan to bake, at last!

I have a lot to do today, so I better get started. But not before a few words from our resident Sage... Rabbi Nachman of Breslov:

" Don't be frustrated by the obstacles you encounter on your spiritual journey. They are there by design, to increase your desire for the goal you seek. Because the greater your goal, the greater the yearning you'll need to achieve it."

I don't have any wildflowers in my garden, sigh, only a packet of wildflowers seeds, unopened in my seed basket...not really the best place for them lol!

enjoy your time home alone and enjoy the weekend.

Wow, I got it right! I'm enjoying my mock orange thoroughly today as it is fully in bloom and the entire yard and house is perfumed by it.

Heavenly... I just wish it lasted longer!
