Tell Me It Isn't True
Fri Jul 07 2006

Okay, I'm blogging twice today, a rare occurance for me, I admit. But I ran across this recipe... And after you read it, don't give me any grief about it, I was innocently looking for recipes for Waldorf salad because Supertrooper mentioned she had made one...

Anyway This is the most bizzare sounding concotion I have heard of in a long long time. Sounds like something Elvis would like, were he still among us. And NO I don't want to get into a debate about his demise with anyone. I'm still more than a little faint from reading this recipe.

Toodle-oo.

I'm looking forward to reading the results of your new composing technique.

But I really need to comment on the technology the Luddite seems to have acquired.

    Luddite:Technology. Isn't that an oxymoron?

    That is way cool.

    I love oxymorons.

I'm having this weird thing happen on my diary. When you make a private entry on mine, sometimes it is there and sometimes it isn't. What is up with that? Ever have that happen?

I do my best writing in my head while I am driving, but can never remember it long enough to get it down on paper once I have stopped. Nor am I able it would seem to speak and think at the same time for it never comes out sounding half as good as it did in my head. What I need is something that will take dictation straight from my brain and put it to paper bypassing pen or lips altogether. A pocket brain reader....there's the ticket! Of course there is a down side to this concept, but still, for those of us who are at our most brilliant whilst doing other things, it could be just the thing. LOL

Ummmm. I don't think so. That's not a Waldorf in my book, and I don't believe I care to try the revision.

    Urk.

Strangely enough, it sounded OK until I got to the shredded coconut. I can't stand shredded coconut.

I might brave the recipe, just the reading of it, soon, but think you have found a good solution for your writing. ;-)
