    Please help me understand WHY they Placed FEMA that was a great agency and under it's leadership answered our countries natural distress's so effect and placed into Homeland securty mess?

    Dear Red,

    If you get a moment will you ask that Oracle what I'm supposed to do with my person? She says she's going to spend the day quilting and then she up and sits at her school board computer for hours muttering something about major changes. I just don't know what to do with her.
