Behold.
Sunny the magnificent.
In this photo, she had just returned from the groomers. I shall be eternally grateful to them. Not only was she loaded with winter coat that was shedding all over everything, she had found not one, not two, but at least three deliciously putrid dead animals and/or horse manure piles to roll in.
It was so bad, she was carrying around her own micro climate.
A polluted one.
Now, she smells vaguely floral with a note of citrus.
I even bought her a new collar for the occasion. The smelly green one has been disposed of.
Though I don't know how I am going to keep her from re-applying HER favorite cologne.
One unsupervised trip to the horse barn, and all their work will be undone.
Well, at least the extra hair is gone for the season.
For this we are all truly thankful.
