After a day of hesitation, I followed my own bravado into the breech.
All these years of tracing images has left a mark.
(You DO realize that was a mildly amusing pun... right?)

Anyway, the assignment in the book was to draw these various butterflies freehand and paint them.
So I did it.
Not perfectly. But adequately.
Still working on that perspective thing....
But I enjoyed following her instructions on how to paint them. :-)
I think I'm starting to have fun.
