Did you know the Global Warming is coming? Do you realise what that means?? In Global warming everything becomes…errmmm…warmer, our planet Earth included. And we know that the Moon is cooler then the Earth, right? So, imagine now: the Earth becomes hotter, the Moon is still cool, the opposites attracts and ...woops…soon we will have a Moon pulled up so very close to the Earth that all the lunatics will fall down on our planet! Yep, that’s what will happen. I don’t know what are we gonna do with all those extra lunatics, when we’ve got so many of our own already?!
There are various degrees of encouragement. One can keep saying to another: ” I believe you can do it”. And eventually they will believe in it and will get that self-confidence that required to actually do it…The other way is to say “I will help you to do it” and take ones hand and do it together…And another way is to say “Look at me – I can do it, I’m doing it, it is easy and lets see now you doing it too”…by setting up an example, making a first move, showing the direction, leading the way. Whichever you choose, each works as it should. Each has its limitations as well and its own pace. And if you’d choose the first one that required less effort, you have to be aware that it might take a long time until it worked.
Sometimes those who set up an example are no less heroes then those who followed. A cartoon comes to mind. How a coach trained a runner for the marathon – in his quest to encourage the sportsman to win the race, he exceeded himself by showing how to do it, running along, then – in front of, then – well ahead, beating World records not once. In the end it was a sportsman who’s got the prize, of course. Sometimes it seems to me that I’m beating records and sometimes that I’m doing not enough to encourage others.
And just to cheer me silly self …Today I’m going under knife. Well, I’m going under scissors first – got an appointment with hairdresser. Then I will most likely cut my head off because I won’t like new haircut. I never do, yet always go to have one. How illogical and so female-ish, huh? Anyway, I will be moody&bity today and I can’t see the reason me writing about such mundane things, but maybe because I’m all lazy today as well and simply looking for an excuse not to do any work…hmmm…
