50 Ways To Calm Your Hormons
Tue May 20 2008

And maybe there are more. I picked up one. It worked. I mowed the lawn. I suppose a simple workout would serve the same, or picking up a random stranger and bring him home in your pocket. But honestly, the grass excelled herself in growing and soon I would be needing a machete to thread my way through the wilderness of that garden. Not that I ever have any business at the end of the garden, mind you. But just to look at it from the window brings the images of warewolves roaming somewhere in there. Plus I simply had to get out that joyful bundle of energy I didn’t know how to handle…so when I came from work, I mowed the lawn. A clear example of turning destructive forces of nature into a household–friendly energy supply.

Then the next door’s invited for their anniversary party. I suppose it could’ve been worse, I could’ve been invited to a wedding or else…how could I say no, thank you, I don’t do anniversaries anymore to the guy who has nothing to do with my personal issues…they are nice people, my neighbours. And they’ve been together 20 years…how could I not come to share their happiness…mine could’ve been 24 this summer…never mind…sometimes the more efforts you apply to get yourself over, the more challenges you seem to get on your way…Perhaps, it is the way to truly learn.

I feel this urge to break some crockery, but I am afraid to wake up neighbours…I wonder if I hide in bed and pull the blanket over, can I make tomorrow to miss my door?

So, mowing your lawn was probably the more level-headed option, but the random stranger in your pocket... well THAT would have been a good read. Since there must be 50 ways... then perhaps you could try out a different one every few days or so... then I could live out some vicarious desires myself, lol! Just a request... if you're taking requests.
