The First of The New...As Always

So, we are here, into new sparking still unspoilt 2014. I wonder how many of us woke up this morning and noticed the difference from the day before...I'm not talking of the new beginings, new resolutions, new diets etc. Just the sense of "here we are"... Here we are...let's do something...let's mark this particular year to be special. Even if that special something will only have special meaning for ourself and self only... My last one managed to have somewhat lost such essence, it felt like being a rather ordinary, conviniently-within-the-expectations year. and while delivered a long desired peace of mind, that peace of mind evolved in an almost dissapointment about the lack of a thrill of some sort or another... So here I am, standing on the threshhold of new year, wishing for my mind to be inspired to find new paths and for my heart to be strong enough to let me stay on them to the end... Happy New Year to me. Happy New Year to all who made it here or who stayed with me through the amazing journey of my lifetime reflected on these pages. May you all stay true to your own heart's desires and may you find the strength to do so and the friends to help you through.

This year is a rather scary one for me in a way. Because the imposed hurdles that others threw at me will not be my issues this year. I am in a more open place now. This means I must choose the paths. Yes…. much more difficult in a way eh? May you be strong! Hugs from across my country, AND the pond! Y.
