Thursday 2/5/09
J did our taxes yesterday, getting back about $6,065. He paid me today, $131. It was dad's 71st birthday. Yesterday I had to decide how to eat this week. I agreed with rachel about starting to make meal plans. She was talking about me eating 1,200 calories a day. I think if I really did learn how to eat during the day that i could only handle about 750. That is about 3 cans of diet coke, or an ensure.
My homework is to eat breakfast on friday, monday and Tuesday and wait an hour. After that hour if I still felt the need to purge then do it. I think an hour would be too late, I think I can only wait for about half an hour at the most. I honestly don't think I can do it. I made up a new plan later after meeting with Rachel. I have decided that I cannot possibly eat dinner Thursday and friday because of social plans and breakfast on Friday, Monday and Tuesday. I have to start drinking more water and exercising more. I need to sleep at night, not eat and especially not binge.
I purged Dad's birthday dinner,a nd I purged what I binged on later. I felt sick and dizzy after, so I kind of cheated on Friday's breakfast. i ate dry cheerios, 11 handfulls which had about 7 cheerios each, so about 77 cheerios.
