I relied on some mountain dew last night for energy. I'm a busy lady, have a lot of things on my to do list.
I am running on adrenaline right now. i stayed up all night and have been running around all morning so far trying to get my shit together. It is only 9:34 a.m. right now.
I have some ideas for therapy. I want to see if Rachel and I can meet twice a week. I want to ask her about us customizing a plan to keep my sessions more structured, and see if she can help me more with my ED.
So a plan can be like this: For X amount of minutes we can talk about issues seperately, ED, family, friends, church, miscellaneous, whatever. The most important thing we can spend the most amount of time on. I will figure out ahead of time what to do and maybe even set alarms on my phone.
For example tomorrow I meet with her and I already know that I need to talk about my ED the most. I meet with her at 11. So, from the time we go to her office, greet each other, maybe I can talk to her about my plan as I sign in.
never mind! we still have to finish some paperwork. Maybe we can talk about the plan for ten minutes, do paperwork for 15, 20 minutes Ed talk, and then wrap it up, sum up our session, get an assignment to work on during the week, and then schedule our next appointment.
