Rosh HaShanna
Sat Sep 27 2003

We are headed out soon to Rosh HaShanna services.

It is the beginning of the Jewish New Year this evening.

We will be preparing ourselves for Yom Kippur, the day of Atonement that is coming soon. But tonight we will eat challah and apples and honey, wishing each other a good and sweet year.

It's a spiritual feast to fortify oneself for the fasting and awe that will come.

So to all my dear diary friends, I wish you a GOOD and a SWEET Year!
