WYSIWYG And Money For Nothing

I should say here, that this graphic came from "Graphic Garden" I need to put her logo at the bottom of the page. Just haven't figured it out yet.

I hope my little girls are standing at the top of this entry. If so, that was my plan. If not, I have more work to do.

I am trying to learn what Bloggar has to offer. It is a slow process. And I suppose someday a broader knowledge of HTML would be useful. But you just wait, just about the time I start to figure things out, they will come out with some truly killer WYSIWYG software and all this effort will be in vain. I have yet to run into this software, although there was a limited one on a computer I used to use. But stuff would never 'stay put' when you published it.
Grrrr.....

Perhaps things have changed and I just haven't kept up. This would not be surpising.

I walked out into the backyard today, to inspect some emerging gladiolus plants. And because I don't ever wear shoes in the house, and I am lazy too, I went out there barefoot.

It's hard to describe the feeling of green grass between your toes after such a long and soggy winter. It is a wonder that said toes do not have moss growing on them. The sun shines warmly today, and in a little while, I am going out there for a walk. I think the creek needs inspecting. There should be a lot of water running after all our rains lately. I'll bet the Mallards are happy. Their feet won't be scraping bottom in that little pond they favor.

It's kind of funny. Here I have these innocuous looking little girls at the top of my diary, and I am listening to Dire Straits.... Money For Nothing, rather LOUD on my computer right now. I guess I am not WYSIWYG either !!!

Looks like I have more work to do.... sigh..... Ah well, it keeps me humble.

Okay, I had to upload the picture to HamiPics and then put it on here. How does the image thing work in Bloggar? It shows up on the Preview page, but not on the diary. I'm confused! (So what else is new?)

My favorite web editor is 'Hotdog' found at www.sausage.com. There is a free 30 day trial program. You can program in HTML or you can highlite and center, bold, make tables, all kinds of cool stuff. I am having to program straight lately as there is no room on my puter for many programs right now, wah. That's okay though because I want to know HTML backwords and forward and not use a web editor. *smile* (I just program in Notepad).

Your girls are there, by the way! Great job.

Well now that first electric feeling of grass on the feet in spring is special.
But hey you always was a bare foot girl.

    Very cute little girls!

Spring spring spring, I'm ready for spring. Temps here in the mid 60's all week - rain though too. Can't have one without the other I suppose. I'll be starting those sweet peas any minute now.

I read what you sent on FlyGirl, and I'm still trying to get up the energy just to start. If I don't get some positive results tomorrow after my dr visit, I think I'll go to the hospital.

    I'm totally beat!

I'm going to write a little in my diary then go to bed.

    Shalom

Oh, yes, I love walking barefoot in the cool, wet grass.
