Hen Homily
Mon Feb 28 2005

I'm rushing around this morning trying to get my housework finished so I can work on my newest felted bag. I am 3/4 of the way finished with it and am consumed with curiosity as to how it will turn out.

I am also feeling a bit on the edgey side today with figits thrown in as a condiment.
The result is a sort of sour pickle effect. Not entirely without charm, but not something you would want to eat for three meals a day either.

Haven't been called in to work yet either. Makes me wonder why they hired me in the first place. Humpf. Ah well, soon enough I imagine, and I might be complaining about being called TOO much. So let's just let that sleeping dog lay shall we?

So without further ado,
The Little Red Hen says:

"No use borrowing trouble from tomorrow. Tend your garden as it is today."

    Red Hen is very wise.

"Sufficient unto the day the trouble thereof."

A timely message from Little Red Hen. I have been having a tendency lately to fret over up coming job responsibilities and there truly is no point.

Tending my gargen today has been a peaceful pursuit. I have been going back to unfinished projects and taking the next steps towards getting them completed. Like weeding, its hard work, but so rewrding to see how much you've accomplished at the end of the day. :)

All my life I have planed ahead for what if"s and for most part worked. But Murphy's Law is always there hiding in some cornner.
There are just so many hours in a day and best used wisely for tomorrow things not done will still be there WAITING .
