It's Friday And I Don't Have A Good Title
Fri Nov 04 2005

I have been listening to my new CD by Dead Can Dance.

I cannot believe I have lived this long and never heard about them!

You can go here and get a sample. Scroll down to the Play Samples list and listen to The Host of Seraphim. It knocks my socks off.

Host

We are almost to the end of my little Rabbi Nachman of Breslov book. Here is the quote for the week.

" If you believe that you can
damage, then believe that
you can fix.

If you believe that you can harm,
then believe that you can heal."

Never heard of them, either. I'll take a listen, though. ;-)

    hello cc (short for cupcake0

I have already saiid this in another journal but it matches this quote

I read a cool book on terrorism
the author saiid that we can heal through terrorist acts by examining the prejudices in our hearts erected there through history

he saiid that religion and race are boundaries that exist solely in the heart and can be removed from the heart
    I loved that
he saiid thatland mines should be removed from the heart first I loved that

nothing absolutely nothing justifies killing innocent people in revenge but terrorist acts do not occur in isolation they have an historical past and in a way they have been partially constructed in our hearts is my summation

well cc you can tell hamlet the little cat not to seek revenge but healing I like phoebus better as a name

peace be with you my friend have a beautiful day
    Im such a fucking perv
