So there I was early in the morning, checking the weather channel for what to expect in that department today, and I clicked around the channels a little bit and came upon some rockers I had never seen playing this song: If Everyone Cared.

Nickelback. I'm embarrassed to say I never heard of them before. But I live a sheltered life. It's a far out song. Give it a listen.

I may have to buy it. I almost pulled the trigger there on Napster. I always said I thought you ought to be able to buy songs one at a time, and here they have that available. Might have to put my money where my mouth is eh?

Let me know what you think of it.

I'm curious.

    Haven't heard that song but Nickelback is a Canadian band that has found huge success in the USA recently.

    I gave it a listen, but I couldn't understand most of the words. Couldn't read their lips. I'm about to buy a new pair of hearing aids. Don't think I'll need them on Saturday, though.

    I'm a Nickleback fan but I've not heard that one yet. I love it! Thank you for sharing!

    They also have an interesting song called 'Rockstar' that pokes fun at the lifestyle and I think you'd probably get a kick out of it. Not inspirational like this one but fun none the less

    Hmmm... I'll the odd one out and say I don't care for it too much on first listen. Maybe it's just me but it seems to be straddling the line on a couple different belief systems that usually don't jibe together - and I don't just mean religion, either. I'll have to listen to it a few more times...
