I was on a jury that had a happier result. Not Guilty. Because...

The officer who gave the ticket for some traffic violation, I forget what, was vague about the incident and the why of the ticket. The defendant was very clear about his innocence.

To wit and forthwith...

It is so easy to jump to a verdict when you are sitting in your living room watching TV. Tis a whole other ball of wax when sitting in the jury room...... not a job to take lightly that's for sure. It may not have been the out come hoped for, but you showed up and did your best. That's what really counts.

Cookie power is often misunderstood. Cookies seldom sway the outcome, but they do help to keep those in disagreement on friendly terms. :)
