Farewell Belle

Well, I must say I am relieved.
There's one less beastie
in the house. A little less
dog hair to pick up.
Though to her credit,
she didn't make big messes.
And she was pretty easy on the eyes.
Some nice people came and took her
to their house over near the ocean.

She did have a bit of a problem though.
She thought she owned the place.
You never knew when she might
decide to put on her cranky pants
and put poor Sunny in her place.

She didn't buffalo ME however.
I stood my ground.
Little minx.

But she was very respectful
around the human beans.
She loves her human beans,
this I could not tell a lie about.

Just be thankful you aren't
a dog if you have to spend any
length of time with her.

She Who Must Not Be Named
isn't talking much today.

So I said I would do the farewell speech.

And I have done.

So we're done.

    Ow. I wish I could be there to comfort you. I'd send you Lightning but he'd demand food so much you'd get tired of him super fast. You're doing a wonderful thing and don't lose sight of it. Just make sure you get visiting rights! :o)
