Hen Votes No On Wrecking Journals

BUK!
What is going on around here?
There's a BOOK being
systematically destroyed
right out in the open.
She even seems PROUD of it.
I perceive a certain GLEE
in her demeanor.
She actually smeared a
page with some of her
DINNER the other night.
Really.
I just cannot approve of this
journal project.
I'm going on record
as being opposed
to the entire concept.
BUKITY BUK BUK!

How's Pal?

Very well thank you....

[album 65561 Pal 014.jpg]

Here he is the other day out in the fields. He stays right with us and comes when he is called. He is doing a really good job in every area except once in a while he just feels compelled to let Sunny know what a macho macho dog he is. Though to his credit, his little outburst are getting milder and under some interpretations of dog behavior could be considered normal. I mean people don't get along 100% of the time do they? Why should dogs?

(Sounds like you are rationalizing away some questionable canine behavior to me there Cupcake....)

Well, maybe.

But he is starting to grow on us. And that means he might grow on the people at his forever home.... It's up to him.

Ok, I'm with Red this time. What's with this journal destruction?!

Glad to hear that Pal is settling down. You'll end up with a tear or two when this one leaves, just as with the other dogs you've fostered. What's that red thing around his muzzle?

    Bless

LOL your upsetting the HEN! Pal is such a beauty. he looks just like a full sized collie i once owned!!! Everytime I took him somewhere people thought he was show dog. I got him for $50 without papers as they were breeding for sables and he as throw back to some black and white and brown ancester. They sold a very good dog cheap! He was 7 weeks old when we took him and in the first 24 hours he was house broke, would sit when you told him and speak on cue! No dummy that one! LOL

Iam with RED!! Pal is looking sharp and yes all Dogs have a limit. Even My mild mannered (G.G.) Good GIRL,had a limit as My buddy,s Jack Russell jumped her about three times while deer hunting and the fourth time G had him by the neck and would have killed him if I hadn't pried her away.

Oh Red, you never did know how to have a good time. This is a "for fun" book. It's not like she is destroying a "real" book. Someone else's I mean.

Pal has turned out to be a beauty!

I'm with you on the book thing except for the dinner part of it. I can hear my mother yelling at me for doing that accidentally once during an unfortunate reading during mealtime incident with a library book. This may be different but oh the yelling! lol
