Oh, I forgot to mention.
Being the stubborn type..... I kept looking and looking for a better video of the Norwegian Purl stitch, and finally found one on someone's blog that I could finally see clearly how she was doing the last bit of the stitch and I GOT it!

It is an amazingly elegant solution to putting the yarn in front and then back of your work when doing ribbing, and for giving my thumb a rest. The only down side is that it creates a looser purl stitch... and I ALREADY knit loosely, so it is a bit of a problem. I will continue to practice it however.

At least now I have an alternative if I really get into a pickle with my sore thumb in the future.   I LOVE learning new things in knitting!

Okay.... back to the kitchen.....

    Good Plan!! Like our man Rummy said ( there are unknowns and things we think we know but never thought of. His speel was the most muddy I ever heard from a man that was in charge. This Country will stand tall for we the people can be in control and bond.

    I'm off to the poling place now, and that's the last I'm saying about it. My TV is off, and my radio is on my favorite music station.

    Crock pot sounds good.
