I have eschewed the use of Bloggar for the foreseeable future. I do not have the wits to figure out its problem. I will miss it however as it has all these really nice little tags I can use to put on often used fonts and pictures that I will now have to do by hand. Eh, so what. That's my attitude about it today.
It's raining here this morning. A real sustained rain that will do us good I'm sure.
I'm contemplating what my rainy day schedule is going to be. Yesterday I baked bread and made some nice Potato/Chard soup. So we are pretty good for food right now. In the last farm box were six pears. Two different kinds. One of them is the really firm type pear. I am thinking about poaching them. Though I have never done this with pears before. It just seems the right thing to do. I'm also hoping that at some point, the rain will lighten up, then the dogs and I will make a break for it and go for a quick field run. They love it so much out there, I hate to let them down.
Yesterday in yoga class, our teacher pretty much kicked our fannies with a lot of abdominal work, and today I am wincing, but feeling virtuous. It's a conflicted state of affairs to be sure. Yoga Conflict. There's an oxymoron if ever I saw one.
The back yard may be neater, but the poor thing looks desolate. When I was at Goodwill last time, I bought some plastic flowers to stick out there to make me feel better.
But there are real ones on the way.
Here's an illustration with captions for clarity. So you know what's what.
I have no desire to deceive.

Wonder if the plastic ones enjoy the rain?
(They would if it was fake rain.)
