I want a raise.
No, let me rephrase that.
I DEMAND a raise.

Just LOOK what I had to
put up with this weekend.

This is above and beyond
my pay grade.

For sure.

In order of annoyance:

Sunny, Sierra, Scotty, Ben.

The four hairballs.

The only good news I have to report
is that Scotty went home with
his owner yesterday afternoon.

Which still leaves us with
the indisputable fact that this
is too many dogs.

Now.
About that raise.

(Good luck there Red. She's a penny pincher from way back. I'd go for more vacation days if I were you.)

    In my opinion, Red, you're overpaid as it is. It is my understanding that you don't really DO any of the work, just supervise. Supervisors are always overpaid, so suck it up.
    Besides, it's a nice thing the boss is doing.

    Red you never had it so good! Whats one more dog when it is such a nice thing of your boss to do? Loved the picture of the four fur balls. Too cute. I bet you have more than enough dog fur to have woven into yarn!

    First, to Red- Listen here, Missy! In these times you should consider yourself lucky that you have a job at all! You could easily be turned into a nice pot of chicken and dumplings, and don't think it can't happen! So shut the buk up!

    I dunno Red; they look like a pretty nice lot to me. But then again, I'm a several hundred miles away so I might not be getting an accurate picture. As to your request, I have to agree with () for a change; ask for a few days off. I'm guessing she will be needing a break too and would be most agreeable.
