I’ve been thinking about bosses being…humans…LOL…honestly, I mean it…do you ever think of your boss as of a …well, say – "normal" man? I bet it doesn’t happen very often. Coz there is – Us and there is – Them…[hmmm…”Us and Them”…not bad of a song, actually ]
Hey, don’t think now, that I’ve laid my eyes on my boss…LOL…no way…I mean, no, my nearest boss is all right, but he is more like a team member – we feel equal around him…But I was doing something in our Administrative Office recently, have seen the Big Guys there, top administration, have talk to them…and a thought came to my mind – I couldn’t imagine the director, for example, being among his family…all I can think of – him in his suit, telling his kids to “present school reports on my desk next morning sharp”…or saying to his wife: “darling, your presentation of your new lingerie has been successful and we are looking forward to work with you in this project” [giggling]…
I hope that there are no Bosses in DD around here to read this…or at least, if there are any, they are not – mine ;-) LOL. Could it be possible that the boss-type guys would have the same way of thinking as everybody else? There MUST be something different about them to be the one to tell others what to do, eh?! ;-)
Anyway, today I’m feeling somewhat chatty, and could’ve talk for ages (well, since I always have a lot to say LOL) but I’ve got to go to town to buy some…glitter…yep, that’s right – a glittering sparkling thingy to smear all over magnificent self on Friday night, coz I’m going to the Theme Party “Starry Starry Night…” woo-hoo! [of course I will be wearing something else too, apart from that glitter];-)
~Laters...
~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is "laters" now [and I feel pretty silly making this entry as if messenger's off-lines, but you can't really expect a woman to shut up when all she wants - to talk... ;-) ]
I'm starting to see the good sides of living next door to executive's secretary - she offered to give me a lift to the Friday's party (this is going to be a Party for all our establishment, not just department) so she will take me there and if she'll stay there till I will, I'll get a free ride home too - cool!
I've just bought me a pair of cute little hair...things...with the snowballs hanging from them. Now everyone entering our office thinks it's their duty to say "oh, you've got snow in your hair"...[well, it was sort of funny joke at first couple of occasions, and now it's getting slightly annoying]
And one dissapointment today - the glitter is not that "glittering" at all...in fact, I'll need to put A LOT of it just to get it noticeable! that's not good at all and will require another lunch time trip to town for more sparkly stuff...
A question to myself: why, I wonder, I have absolutely no drive for work today?! hmmmmmm...must be one of those moods, eh? ;-)
