Project Man Aged.

So yesterday I bumped into my lodger in the kitchen. -          how was your day – he asked -          it was ok, thank you -          have you done anything exciting today? -          Nah, just work, some shopping, home -          Shopping? Bought anything fancy? -          Not really, just 250 kilos of cement *she shrugs* That was a pause after that then he said – you are not like any women I know! I suppose, I can take it as a compliment then. Challenges tend to sound like fun when you talk about them afterwards. When you actually faced them, you are usually not in a laughing mood. When i do fight with challenges, I tend to feel angry. Not at myself, but at the single person who made me meet all these things on my own. If you'd think of it in logical mindset I don't have any rights to blame another. They did what they did for their own good reasons. But I can't help but feel that dull pain of unfairness of being dealt with these cards without being asked. They say we can easy forgive another for what they did, but we can never forgive them for how they made us feel.  It describes precisely what I feel towards the X.  Nevetherless...Laugh is the best healer for the afterchallenge effects. So I tend to laugh. A lot. Mostly at myself of course, well, I’m blond, you have to have a sense of humour to be able to cope with that along. My mind is once again in busy mess. I had that last task to do on the house to bring it up to date with disability requirements – I have to have a raised level patio with the ramp access. Otherwise my mother simply cannot get out of the house on her own, not even into the garden. So it is a need rather than a fancy. It took me about a month to get from the vision to the 20 bags of cement, 3 tons of building aggregates and a pallet of paving slabs in my backyard. Hence that conversation that happened on a day when I just popped into DIY shop after work and bought 10 bags of cement. 25 kilo each. Loaded them in the car, unloaded them at home. And felt fitter for that. I will have to do the same today too, as I need twice the volume. I know I will pay for the muscle exercise later, but at least I’ve got all I need now to keep my project going. I’m a good project manager, methinks.

Even though some days it is hard, I am very thankful for the new physical strength I have because I haul wood and hike up in the woods and dig in my garden and yes, move around bags of stuff from the nursery…. ;-) And here's the part that I like best. . . I can do it with grace and good humor, not having to put up with someone else's ill humor and lack of grace. Right now, that's a big deal to me. I hope your project turns out lovely!

Wonderful submit. I become irritated when you are very prepared have workouts out. My question for you is how come we need to work with the expression Body building activities. We are not body building we are emphasizing a lack of strength that should be moved about par along with other muscle tissues. Should you be deficient muscular strength in your own back why do you not perform a 4
