Imagine my surprise when I found this pair in my mail yesterday.....

They deny all knowledge of another hen known to reside in these whereabouts.

They started in as soon as they saw the light of day, and began a detailed inspection of a pair of turkey feathers that I found alongside the road the other day.

I think I noticed more than a hint of disapproval on their little cotton faces.

But! But! I was just trying to make some turkey quill pens.....

You got me all wrong!

I think I'm going to need some reinforcements of my own around here.

    Do I sense a little fowl judgement going on at your house? If they start acting up just remind them that at least you were not parking them next to a bowl of chicken soup. ;)
