To knit or not to knit.
That's no question.
I've been doing my best impression of a knitting machine this week. Have finished some things that I won't be sharing pictures of because they are birthday presents for certain people who might be reading this .... [you may or may not know who you are].
Anyhoo as a consequence, everything else I have done this week has been done in order to get to the knitting.
I, wash the dishes so I can go knit. I do the laundry so I can go knit, I run the sweeper so I can go knit. I walk the dogs so they will settle down so I can go knit. And &&&.....
Last night was our annual Knitting Guild dinner. We ate raviolis at a local restaurant and exchanged gifts. I was the lucky recipient of two knitting related books. One is a knitting murder mystery called 'A Deadly Yarn'. [Sounds farfetched]. :-) And 'At Knit's End' by Stephanie Perl-McFee, being a collection of amusing observations about knitting and knitters.
I suppose I will have to add these books to the pile of 'Things To Do So I Can Go Knit'.
I can see the blue sky heading this way as the gray clouds move off to the east this morning.
It rained all night, but it promises to be clear today. . . eventually.
I may not notice though, since I hope to be cozed up with my yarn and needles.
Right now I have to finish this entry, so I can go knit.
Done!
