Fewer Fevers
Tue Apr 07 2009

I'm putting a lot of mileage on the washing machine today.

Seems no one was taking care of the laundry while I was busy with other things.

What's up with that?

I am still in a bit of a daze to tell you the truth.

The apple trees are blooming now, and the orange tree is thinking about it.

But the one plant that is a shining wonder of growth and beauty in the back yard at the moment is the Feverfew. I love this stuff. I should learn how to use it for medicinal purposes should I ever find the need.

But in the meantime, I will just admire it:

Off in a little while to go to knitting group at the coffee shop. Then I will look for some Kosher for Passover wine at Trader Joe's. If I strike out, Hub Man has a line on a store in the really big city that we hope will have a few bottles left. Oy! We promised to bring some to our friend's seder we are invited to, but things sort of snuck up on me with all the away from home time in the last two weeks.

I'm trying to catch up here....

(Give it up Cupcake. You are so far behind, you are about to get lapped.)

Rats.

    Yea. What's up with that?
Red sqwacks and baks her beak off at everyone else and then doesn't pull through when you need her.
I'd give her a cut in pay, if she were my hen.
Just a lot of talk is all she is worth.
    Pfffftttttt.

What a glorious shade of green! OMG, all we have is grey, white and brown, except for the dark green coniferous trees. That is the perfect spring green, thank you for displaying your feverfew.

If nothing else in your yard is healthy, at least the feverfew is doing its part in glorifying your yard. And doing a darned good job of it, too.

    Bless

I say don't sweat it, but if you're going to sweat it anyway: The Save-Mart in Lohman's Plaza has a good selection of Passover wines.
