Wow. I have been a really crappy blogger this week.
Web+log= weblog.
One needs to LOG some stuff, even if at times it boils down to 'just a day' , something I used to write in my teeny bopper diary many moons ago. I was severely suppressed by the small space to write in those old five year diaries. I have since discovered I need considerable elbow room to think clearly and write about it.
Perhaps some of my quietude is due to the season. We have had weather. Rain, cool temperatures and today it is overcast. Makes one go inward... in a nice way, all in all.
I heard from the director of Sheltie Rescue that we will be getting a new foster dog soon. First week in December or thereabouts. His owner passed away and the niece is bringing him to us. I will have to snap out of my reverie before then eh? I'll need my wits about me with 16 paws to look after!

- From:Mamallama (Legacy)On:Sun Nov 22 2009You've been a regular magpie compared to me.
Hopefully we will both snap out of it and SOON. - From:Pragmatist (Legacy)On:Sun Nov 22 2009Sixteen paws! But is there anything quite so relaxing as four paws attached to a furry body, purring away on one's lap?
Is there a cat rescue society?
Bless - From:Salamander (Legacy)On:Sun Nov 22 2009Yes, Pragmatist, there are cat rescue societies out there! I just sent my latest two fosterlings to their forever home this morning. I'm expecting two older cats that have been surrendered recently in a day or so.
- From:InStitches (Legacy)On:Mon Nov 23 2009Well I can't fault you if you don't write every day. I'm lucky if I show up once in a blue moon.
Sixteen paws is a lot of paws, but I am quite certain you can handle it....... you might prep the hen though; I can already hear her worrying over paw prints on the kitchen floor. ;)
