Independence Day.
Seems like we may need to declare a NEW one soon. We shall see.

Since I am not in charge of nations, only my own back yard, I will stick with what I know.

I know that Sara is doing very well. Her ear infection is all cleared up, and she is dropping weight. As soon as she gets her last shot and is seen by the vet for her follow up appt., she will be ready for her new home.

I'm going to miss her. Sara is a world class giver of hugs. It is adorable beyond words. If you sit on the floor with her, she buries her head under your arm and leans her whole body into you. And if you hold still long enough she will roll over on her back for a belly rub. I just love getting hugs from Sara. . .

Here she is on the playground the other day. Literally 'sitting in clover'.

One more shot from the garden.

I also know there was an anomaly in the Ensign Morning Glory patch.

This one showed up:

It forgot to wear the blue part. This is how new varieties are born dontcha know.... ;-)

Can I have a Sara hug too?

Absolutely. She gives them away for free!

    A nice uplifting entry, SIL:
Sara, a beautiful flower and Little Miss Sunshine.
Can't get much better than that, can we?

Rena wants so much to have a dog. I showed her Sara, and that's what she wants.

Trouble is, they don't have a fenced yard, and Megan says no dog until they have a fenced hard.

And, of course, any dog must get along with the cats.

    Bless

I want Sara hugs! She sounds like a super sweet girl who shouldn't have any problem acclimating to a new home.

Seems that your flower decided to show up at the party nekkid!

By the way, did you get my notify the other day? Notifies are real hit and miss in my inbox lately so I wondered if the same was true elsewhere.
