In answer to 404… here's a photo of the 'crumb' or texture of the rustic loaf.

It's chewy and soft and tastes wonderful.
I will be making it again.

I ate my first ripe tomatoes last night in this form….
This was delicious beyond words.
It's basically a caprese salad… baked. Though it did have garlic in it too.
For lunch, there was saute' of crookneck squash.
We are in the middle of summer feasting time.
All the hard work is yielding a harvest.
I'm hoping for blackberries soon.
Though we will have to find a new patch to pick. The big one down by the high school got totally uprooted by some overly zealous grounds keeper. I hope I don't find out who did that. We may have to have words.
