Who's Your Falcon?
Wed Oct 30 2013

So, I'll admit right up front, that I fell in love. From the moment I saw these things, I knew I was a gonner. Something about the plain, simple, unassuming, utilitarian quality of them, made it clear to my inner Suzie Homemaker, that I would have to acquire this set of baking pans. See what I mean? They may be plain, simple, and  unassuming. But they were a little pricey for my budget. So there was a LOT of hemming and hawing before I made the order. They are made in England. That's my only defense. And I did move my other bakeware that was a duke's mixture of glass and metal out of the kitchen to make room for these. I can't quite decide what to make first. Fruit cobbler? Roasted vegetables? Giant lasagna? [The largest pan is pretty… umm big.] I think I'll go rake some leaves in penance for my slight extravagance today. I'll try to appear humble. Wish me luck. (She's skipping… I can see her. Skipping I tell you. Humble my participle. . .)   lime wild

OOOoooooo.......... Skipping is allowed when such beauties come to live in our homes. You should have seen me when the Vitamix followed me home from Costco. ;)

WOW!!! They look amazing, and I be they will be a cook's dream. I love great pans and sometimes we deserve special things and little rewards Especially if we love to cook and it makes things taste better. Good yarn yields good results. Good pans will yield good food.
