I'm off to have dinner at my parent's house soon.
My contribution to the meal consists of two things..
One.
Caramelized onions in puff pastry.
I had to taste one to make sure they were edible. :-) They ARE.
I used this recipe, except I did not care to make little tiny fiddly bites. I just used the whole sheets of pastry.

Were I to make them again, I would omit the mustard. I went very light with it myself, and wouldn't miss it if it wasn't there at all.
The second thing has potatoes from my garden ...
I could live on this food. This and an endless supply of homemade applesauce. Yep. That's pretty much it.
Okay, I'm packing all this food and Sunny into the Cube.
