Sloshing Toward Rhinovirus
Tue Feb 01 2005

I think I am getting a little cold.

My head feels like a ripe melon, and reverberates when I move it.

I can barely put two thoughts together at the moment, so will spare you the agony of trying to figure out my incoherencey.

Mayhap tomorrow will bring clearer thoughts . . .and heads.

Quilty insisted I tell you that she highly recommends Zicam for what ails you. Add to that lots of vitamin C, echinacia and goldenseal and you should be back to clearer thoughts soon.

I've got to find that hen something to do; yesterday she was writing op-ed pieces and now she is playing doctor. Oy! :)

Oh, yuck! Hope you feel better very soon. Tomorrow is your writers group, isn't it? You really must be well enough to go.

Hooky said to tell you to dangle skeins of yarn from your ears to balance the sloshing. Ya know, a chunky wool on one side, maybe a nice laceweight on the other. You got that Patternworks catalog, you can find some there. ;o)

I hope your not getting the rhinovirus. It's not a pretty thing to get. My oldest son had it when he was in the NICU after he was born. He was pretty sick.

I typically keep the seedlings in the house something like house plants until I can plant them outside in April. That way things like the tomatoes and peppers are more mature and I get a longer production time from them.

I've been toying with getting one or two of the "marbles" pepper plants and keeping them in year round. I know of one person who claims she has had her marbles and Thai peppers indoors for 3 years and has had production almost year round on them. I thought I'd see if I could duplicate her success in our new house where I will have a window with enough sun to do that.
