"I find it quite
amusing that this so called
"Oracle" is taking so
flappin' long to answer
your questions.
I would have had that
little chore done by now.
What a lazy prognosticator.
Buk!"

Patience Grasshopper.... er, I mean Little Red Hen. These questions take tome to meditate over and consider at great lengths! It may look like the Oracle is doing something else, but I assure you, she is deep in thought, or something.
;^D

I am beginning to learn that you are an impatient little bird. Greatness must NEVER be questioned. :o)

LOL
love the pontification of Hen also

Just another note about The SEED
Did you know: Dhirana is a small town in the Himachal Pradesh state of Northern India. ...
Dhirana is a hill station and is the perfect place for trekking and mountain climbing?

I love that you use words such as ennui, incredulous, petulant..in your story!
and the names you give to things.. such as the mind meld.. or moheen added much!
You are a philosopher.. And also one of great religious ethics!
I really enjoyed this story so very much.. and would encourage you to send it to some magazines, quarterlies, and perhaps short story competitions..
You are good..
I will look around for some likely publications..
Okay?
I know you said you are not a marketer.. and that's okay. But you are talented.. and I'd love to see you recognized in print!
It was a page turner.. really.
I truly loved how you ended it with him painting the same scene.. with the seed attached to the thin line.. And the circle (cycle) continues
So much fun
thanx again for sharing it with us

Can we expect you to turn out another?????
oh please!!

Hay.. that's a question for the Oracle..
Is a sequel of the Seed in the works??

Dear Red,

The problem here is that you are a doer; a get in and get things done sort of bird. Oracles, on the other hand, operate on a different plane. (Some would say higher plane, but I'm really not certain that is true.) At any rate, true Oracles are thinkers whose gifts lie in the area of imparting truth and great wisdom. This take more time I think than other tasks.

Try not to be impatient. I believe those who had questions will be quite happy even if the answers are delayed. In fact, they may think more of them because of the delay. Humans are funny that way.

By the way, what does BUK mean? That is a term quite unfamiliar to me.

Your friend,
Quilty

You are welcome here anytime you want to visit this part of the country. That beach is the closest to me, but there are several not too far with absolutly wonderful vistas and walking trails. I forgot too often how very lucky I am to be here.
