Small Pleasures
Thu May 20 2010

Yesterday Hub Man and I went to Goodwill to browse around. I needed to buy some smaller size corduroy pants for one thing.. [yippee!]...and well, we just like to poke around over there.

I did find three pairs of pants, and a dress, and a really cool lamp, and this little gem:

The plants of course did not come with it. Ain't she cute? She is filled with Sea Pinks and something called 'Hypoestes'. Never heard of them before, but liked the color and picked them up at Rite Aid.

Sometimes, it's the little things. They just make you happy. Ya know?

The Sea Pinks look like a type of type of Coleus to me. I've never heard of Hypoestes either, but it does look real cute in your new find.

My daughter says the Goodwill near her often get good stuff. I may need to go check it out.

I love second hand stores. It's "being green" at its finest. I went to my local one today. Scored BIG time on beautiful beads, fabric and 4 t-shirts for your Bro @ 25 cents each. Do I know how to shop or what?!!

Yes, it's the small things. Miss Ducky looks quite nice with her bouquet.

Isn't it lovely to buy a smaller size of clothing?!
